MMJ Business Sales recently sat and spoke with the ProShine Solutions company directors, Fabio and Murillo, about their recent business acquisition of Westend Property Cleaning & Maintenance business. ProShine Solutions specialises in; “property maintenance and both residential and commercial cleaning”. They spoke of their experience as small business owners and their journey as entrepreneurs.
How did you get exposed to owning your own business?
Fabio: “My dad has always been an entrepreneur and had experience in a variety of businesses. My experience is similar in various industries as a sole trader and in partnerships. So, I really like this experience of being a business owner.”
What attracted you to acquiring Westend Property Maintenance & Cleaning?
Murillo: “We see an opportunity to improve cleaning and hygiene standards in work environments. We believe a healthier and happier work environment comes with better hygiene standards. It makes people feel better.”
What does the future of ProShine Solutions look like for you both?
Murillo: “With experience operating a cleaning business in Queensland and now Wollongong, we see that we have a business model we can replicate in other areas.”
Fabio: “In time, we will expand operations into the Sydney market and other areas where we can help the local communities we serve as much as we can.”
