At MMJ Real Estate, we’re thrilled to reflect on the success of our most recent Residential Retreat, the largest and most engaging one to date. Over two days, 50 of our residential team members came together to build stronger connections, share knowledge, and recharge.

MMJ Real Estate attended the prestigious REINSW Awards for Excellence at The Star in Sydney, where the finest in the real estate industry in NSW gathered to celebrate outstanding achievements. The night was a remarkable success for MMJ Real Estate, with 30 of our dedicated team members joining 500 industry peers to witness the event.

National boutique Real Estate Agency brand, MMJ (Martin Morris & Jones originally established out of NSW in 1960) is undertaking a strategic expansion of its Melbourne agency business. The commercial agency network, with offices in NSW, ACT, WA and established in Vic in 2015, has recently appointed two industry veterans to it’s team with the network’s agency expansion clearly on the agenda.

I am thrilled to share the details of our brand refresh for 2024. This initiative marks a pivotal evolution in our brand's journey, balancing innovative elements with a deep respect for our enduring legacy.

At MMJ Real Estate, we are immensely proud of the significant presence and impact of women within our organisation. Representing 60% of our entire workforce, our 98 female employees underscore MMJ's status as a leader in gender representation within the real estate sector.
