Despite tough economic conditions that has seen its competitors jettison staff by the hundreds, MMJ Real Estate (MMJ) continues to grow and expand its commercial network across the country.
MMJ’s latest initiative sees its Sydney office secure the services of leading real estate executive – Richard Garland, who will join the team in early August. Garland has a stellar selling career in the Australia & New Zealand commercial property market spanning over 30 years and will take on the role of Sales Director.
This appointment follows on from the recruitment last year of John Waugh, whose previous role was Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Australia & New Zealand Valuation & Advisory business. Chris Johnson – MMJ Real Estate’s Australian CEO, said “these recent appointments are evidence of the fact that we will continue to recruit the highest calibre of people to provide unsurpassed levels of service to our clients”.
Johnson went onto say, “Richard’s sale’s experience covers all commercial sectors and most locations throughout both metropolitan and regional New South Wales. We have many clients with a broad range of property types and Richard’s impressive track record will be invaluable in delivering bespoke selling solutions for them”.
Richard will also be part of the NSW leadership team and will join his fellow directors in driving the continued development of MMJ throughout the state.
MMJ’s commercial office network continues to be supported by best in class residential offices located in the Wollongong CBD, Illawarra North, Illawarra South, Dapto and Bateau Bay.
