Natalie Allan, consultant Town Planner has taken home the award for Outstanding Employee at the Illawarra Women in Business Award's on Friday 13th May, 2022. Natalie presented a heart warming speech that left the crowd in tears.
'I was up on this stage about 3 or 4 years ago and actually won the award for Best Home Based Business" Before joining MMJ Natalie successfully ran her own business.
"It's funny looking at the progression in time between the awards, back then I was self employed"
"This was pre-covid, I was living the dream, running my own business and then covid hit"
"I was very... see i wasn't going to cry. I was very lucky to get contacted by MMJ and pick up my dream job and it's been great and it all worked out well". Natalie explained.
Natalie truly is an outstanding employee and we congratulate her on the win.
