Manufacturer 3M Australia has taken out a one of the largest suburban office leases in Sydney this year, committing to a new 10-year lease for the 8080 square metre office building at 1 Rivett Road, North Ryde.
The five-level property, 15 kilometres from the Sydney CBD, has 1620 sq m floor plates and includes basement parking. It sits on a 1.2-hectare site.
While the rent was confidential, sources indicated gross annual rents for the property was about $465 a square metre.
