Tenders are now open for the release of four sites in the next stage of New West Industry Park in Hume, Canberra's growing industrial precinct. Block a Section A consists of 5,032 sqm approx.

Most of the first stage has already been sold. A variety of freight, construction and bulky goods providers are already operating in this exciting industrial precinct, including the Access Canberra Motor Vehicle Inspection Station.

New West Industry Park's 56ha space has been designed with connectivity in mind. The precinct is strategically positioned adjacent to Monaro Highway, a major freight access road that provides convenient access to wider Canberra.
