The upper level houses the main bedroom with ensuite and balcony, open plan lounge and dining and kitchen.

Lounge room opens onto a covered balcony with BBQ.

The lower level of the property boasts two bedrooms both with built in robes, full size bathroom, laundry and additional sun room area.

Fenced yard, single remote garage and single carport.
