With her passion and excellent work ethic, Letitia begun her real estate career in the South Coast in 2017. Starting at MMJ in Property Management Admin, Letitia quickly moved to the role of Property Management Assistant, where her ability to remain calm under pressure was very reassuring to both the tenants and landlords alike.
In 2023, Letitia advanced into her current role as Residential Sales Assistant. Letitia is an enthusiastic, capable, and approachable member of our Residential Sales department and is enjoying the new challenges and responsibilities this role brings. Letitia’s strong communication skills and her ability to think on her feet have helped her to successfully negotiate deals and resolve any disputes that may arise.
Letitia is a true asset to our Residential Sales department, and we are proud to have her on our team. We are confident that she will continue to excel in her role and make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.
