Experience
With 10 years experience in Strategic Planning and Development Assessment at Shoalhaven City Council, Lauren has extensive experience in the NSW Planning System including the following:
- Preparing and assessing Planning Proposals to amend Local Environmental Plans
- Drafting Development Control Plans, Contributions Plan amendments, Infrastructure Plans, Master Planning and Precinct Plans
- Leading high profile projects including Moss Vale Road North and South Urban Release Areas, Nowra Riverfront Strategic Direction and Nowra CBD revitalisation projects
- Consultation with a wide range of stakeholders including the community, landowners, developers, politicians, government organisations and councils
- Detailed understanding of site constraints, legislation, urban design principles and strategic merit.
