Charlotte joined MMJ in April 2022 as an assistant to the Business Sales & Acquisitions team. Her natural aptitude for business strategy, sales & client relationship management quickly led to her promotion as a standalone Business Sales Consultant.
In her first 18 months as a consultant, Charlotte has achieved over $5.1m in asset transactions within a broad range of industries including hospitality, retail, construction, industrial and manufacturing. She has successfully managed high-stake deals such as court-ordered sales, divorce divestments and retirement exits.
With prior experience in Sydney’s fine dining scene, she is accustomed to working in high-pressure environments while maintaining excellent service. Charlotte attributes her unique upbringing in Hong Kong, and family background in investment banking, to her interests in economic trends and business. She is also an active member of local business networks and has spoken as a panellist at the Berry Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys unwinding at Pilates and spending time with friends over dinner and drinks.
